About the Role:

As a Data Visualisation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analysing complex datasets and translating them into clear, impactful visual insights that inform key business decisions. Using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization platforms, your work will turn data into actionable insights that support strategic objectives across the business. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify key performance metrics and business needs, ensuring that the visualisations you create are not only visually compelling but also aligned with business goals. Your role will also involve optimising data sources in collaboration with data engineers to ensure data accuracy and scalability. Stakeholder management is a critical aspect of this position, where you will serve as the key contact for presenting data insights, gathering feedback, and refining visualisations to meet evolving business requirements. In addition to creating visual dashboards, you'll have the opportunity to drive process improvements by identifying areas for automation and enhancing the accessibility of data for non-technical stakeholders. You will also provide ongoing training and support to help teams fully leverage data visualisation tools in their daily operations.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in business analysis, data visualisation, or a similar role.
  • At least 1 year of proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven insights.
  • Microsoft Excel (Advanced User)
  • Experience in SQL, data modelling, and working with large datasets.
  • Familiarity with data integration techniques and a strong understanding of relational databases.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
